Puppy Application

Thank you for your interest in our wonderful Mini Goldendoodles.  It is very important to us that our puppies end up with their families forever.  We use this application to help ensure that we match the right puppy to your family.  Once your application has been received you will hear from us generally in less than 48 hours to review your application and answer any questions that you may have.  We require approval of your application before you may be added to our waiting list for Upcoming Puppies.

Once you are approved to adopt one of our puppies, we require a deposit of $350 to hold a puppy for you.  Your deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the total purchase price of your puppy.  Since we de-sex all of our puppies prior to them leaving for their new families, sex of the puppy is not an issue and therefore not a reason for refund of deposit.  Deposits will only be returned if there is not a puppy that we feel has a temperament that will be favorable to your family situation or there is an allergy issue that we can not overcome with our litter.  You MAY choose to leave your deposit with us to be added to a wait list for future puppies if your time horizon changes.

We require that your puppy be paid for in full when he/she is 5 weeks old.  If you have not paid in full for your puppy before he/she is 6 weeks old and we start allocation, you will lose your deposit and be removed from our waiting list.  We will of course make every effort to contact you before this happens.  If we are shipping your puppy to you, your all inclusive shipping fee of $350 will also be collected at this time.  After the puppies reach the age of 6 weeks, their individual personalities have usually formed.  It is at this time that we start to contact the families on our waiting list giving the first family first choice of any puppies we feel would be a good match for them.  After they choose, we then call the second family and so on.

Puppies may be picked up or shipped to you once they have been de-sexed, which is usally between 8 and 9 weeks of age.  If your puppy needs to stay with us after they are released to your family, we will charge an additional fee of $25 per day.

For your convenience we accept personal check, certified check or payment with Paypal. If using Paypal, please remember to add 3% to cover the fees.

Puppy deposits may be returned anytime at the discretion of the breeder.  Applicants/depositors and breeder all agree that any return of deposit means that any and all verbal or implied agreements to sell a puppy to that depositor/applicant are now terminated.
